The following parameters are displayed during benchmarking (you can press Esc to cancel a test run): FPS - the current, per-frame FPS Time - duration of benchmarking Frames count Min FPS - the minimum FPS since the beginning of. Since it didn't crash for me, at 1080p that is, should i try to go even higher with my clockspeed or just up the resolution first to see if it crashes?Īnother thing i was wondering, if there are some safe settings to use that i could try on my card, since it felt like it was a bit underperforming in games like overwatch(and i have literally no idea to make it better), i tried to up the resolution, that obvioulsy helps a bit but most of the time the card stays at 1710mhz at 236fps and when fights happen it just drops frames most of the time, so i don't know what else i could try to make the card boost and actually stay there. If the VSync option is enabled in benchmarks Settings, the preset is reset to a Custom one. Is there a way to force the card to actually use the OC boost more often, since in my test with the +100, it showed me a max of 2100-2130mhz in msi but it never reached that in the benchmark, the highest i believe was 2080mhz, another thing i've noticed was that in the top right corner it said gpu: 2190mhz, is that just saying that the card would be able to go that high because of my 100mhz i added, or what exactly do the numbers mean in the top right corner? So with my OC i've gained a couple score but lost max fps and obviously it was my first test ever so i might be doing something wrong in the first place. The second one i did was with everything maxed out in msi(voltage, power limit etc), +100mhz to the core and +200 to the memory: Msi afteburner settings first run: everything stock and fanspeed to auto Since i'm literally a noob when it comes to proper tests and benchmarks, i post some questions down below, since i'm mainly testing the card to figure out my performance issues in games like overwatch.ĪMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor (3799MHz) x12 Unigine Heaven Benchmark 4.0 FPS: 60.9 Score: 1534 Min FPS: 7.3 Max FPS: 129.4 Settings: Render: Direct3D11 Mode: 1920x1200 Resolution Preset: Custom (It says custom but i just downloaded it and. It didn't crash and the results were actually quite similar. So i was just testing out my 3080 to see if it's stable or not(tested stock and my oc),
